1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the sale of products offered by Teammate sp. z o.o. via the website and through direct contact with the Customer.

2. Placing Orders
Orders for products are placed through direct contact with the Seller (e.g. via a contact form, e-mail, or social media).
After the order details are agreed upon, the Customer receives a confirmation along with information about the order fulfillment date.
3. Order Fulfillment
The order fulfillment time is up to 30 days, with the Seller reserving the right to complete the order earlier.
The fulfillment time may vary depending on the type of product and individual arrangements with the Customer.
4. Returns and Complaints
Products available for sale as ready-made (in stock) are subject to returns in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Custom-made products and products with an individual design are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with Article 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights.
Complaints regarding product defects should be submitted immediately after their discovery, via e-mail or another agreed communication channel.
5. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law.
